  • What happens if I have no internet connection? Can I still use the mobile application?
    You can still use the mobile application when you are not connected to the internet. Users should first log-in whilst they are connected to the internet, but they can continue to utilise and update data within the application off-line. Any changes made in the application will update automatically once connection has been re-established.
  • Can I send automatic reminders to members of my team?
    Email notifications and reminders can be set-up based on a set of criteria. For example, if a new installation is assigned to a user, an automatic email can be sent out to let them know that a new job has been added to their calendar.
  • Is Helios just for solar companies?
    No. Helios can be tailored to support a variety of companies within the renewable energy space including EV Charging, Battery Storage, Heat Pump installation, Underfloor Heating installation and so on. Helios is a highly customisable solution and can be tailored to your bespoke business requirements.
  • How do I protect my brand identity when using Helios?
    Helios allows you to showcase your logos and colours across the application, and in communication such as emails and exported documentation.
  • Can my teams update forms and checklists whilst on the job?
    Yes! All Helios users will be provided with the necessary role-based access to complete the tasks relevant to them.
  • Can I stop some members of the team from accessing sensitive information?
    Yes! All access is role-based, and can be restricted at table and field level, so your sensitive data can be hidden or made read-only where required.
  • What does Helios do?
    Helios Project Management and CRM software makes it easy for you to track your projects and to standardise your processes for installers and service providers. Managing complex projects can be difficult, but Helios seeks to simplify your processes, and reduce cost through time saving. More efficient and well managed processes will result in an improved customer journey and drive sales through faster time to contract.
  • Can Helios support a franchise model?
    Yes! We work with a number of customers using a franchise business model. Depending on the requirements at each site, a tailored solution may be developed for individual franchisees.
  • Is there a mobile application for Helios?
    The Quickbase mobile application is available through Google Play and the App Store. The role-based access provided for your users applies to the mobile application also, ensuring users only see the data they require to complete their tasks.
  • Can I make changes to the Helios application myself, or do I need to pay expensive development charges each time I want a new field?
    An on-going support package will be in place to help you through any further changes you require. Helios is a fully customisable application, which can be tailored to your bespoke business requirements. As a low-code no-code platform, you will have the flexibility to develop the application in-house or seek support from our dedicated development teams.
